CrickX Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and CrickX (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your registration, access to and use of the CrickX website located at https://crickx.cam, including all associated services, features, games, sports-betting markets and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

CrickX is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform. The Platform offers sports wagering, live casino games, slots, table games and related entertainment products to eligible adult users. CrickX is designed specifically with Pakistani players in mind and provides content, payment references and sports coverage relevant to the Pakistani market.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you are of legal gambling age (at minimum 18 years old, or the higher minimum required by the operator and licence jurisdiction); (c) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited; and (d) you accept these Terms as a binding agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of CrickX following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Registration and use of the CrickX Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only open and maintain an Account if all of the following conditions are satisfied at all times:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator and applicable licence jurisdiction. CrickX is an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not subject to any court order restricting you from doing so.
• Jurisdiction: You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for ascertaining and complying with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and relevant provincial legislation in Pakistan.
• Single account: You do not already hold an active Account on the CrickX Platform. Only one Account per individual, household, IP address and device is permitted.
• Own identity: You are registering using your own true and accurate personal details. Registration using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Not a problem gambler on self-exclusion: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or gambling block on any platform or under any national self-exclusion scheme that covers CrickX.
• Not a CrickX employee or associate: You are not an employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee of CrickX or its operational partners.

To access the full range of CrickX services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Required Information

During registration you will be asked to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a chosen password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

CrickX is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals or, in certain cases, before deposits above specified thresholds. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required for withdrawal processing
• Any additional documentation required under applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations

CrickX reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze an Account or request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC and AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify CrickX support immediately via the live chat channel.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CrickX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: (a) modify or copy Platform content; (b) use any automated tool, bot or scraper to access the Platform; (c) commercially exploit or resell Platform access; or (d) reverse-engineer any component of the CrickX software.

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of CrickX is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5.2 Technical Requirements

CrickX is an internet-based service. You are responsible for your own internet connectivity, hardware and browser compatibility. CrickX makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

5.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions are displayed in the currency selected during registration. References to PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or Rs throughout the Platform are provided for illustrative convenience for Pakistani users. The operator's base settlement currency is determined by its operational licence; please refer to the deposit and withdrawal section for applicable currency conversion information.

All wagers placed on the CrickX Platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific market rules for individual sports (including cricket, football, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and other events) are published separately within the relevant market or help section.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a reference number have not been accepted.
• Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change until your bet is confirmed. CrickX reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets are available on selected events. CrickX reserves the right to suspend or withdraw live markets at any time, including during play, without prior notice.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, postponement, abandonment, market errors or where CrickX has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.
• Maximum winnings: CrickX applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and are subject to change.
• Minimum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are defined within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market and player account status.

CrickX facilitates deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to operator terms, your location, your verification status and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

7.1 Payment References

For the convenience of Pakistani users, CrickX references familiar local payment rails including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (SBP), HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). These names are cited as market familiarity references only. CrickX does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity. Actual transaction processing depends entirely on the policies of each provider.

7.2 Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly subject to payment processing times. CrickX does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name and verified under KYC requirements.

7.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) payment provider processing times; and (d) CrickX's AML review obligations. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. CrickX reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Unmet wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request may result in bonus funds being removed from the Account balance.

CrickX may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited at the operator's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice, except where a Player has already qualified under the terms of a running promotion.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution rates and time limits apply to all bonuses. Any bonus figures referenced on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative maximums subject to published terms; individual Player eligibility may vary.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• CrickX reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms.

CrickX is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Players seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment. If at any point gambling becomes a source of financial or emotional distress, we urge you to make use of the tools available in your Account dashboard.

The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all verified Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or calendar month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over any rolling period. Your Account pauses automatically upon reaching the limit.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum continuous play duration after which you receive a notification and optional automatic logout.
• Self-Exclusion: Request immediate suspension of your Account for a minimum period of six weeks or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net balance movement.
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your Account for a short defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days) without a formal self-exclusion.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the CrickX Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of Account balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a third-party identity
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access or use your Account
• Using any automated tool, bot, script or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, collusion or any form of market manipulation
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity in breach of AML regulations
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, while knowing it to be prohibited
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as a betting agent or accumulating bets on behalf of third parties
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any part of the CrickX software or security systems

All content on the CrickX Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, data compilations, odds algorithms and platform design — is the exclusive property of CrickX or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to view and use Platform content solely for the purpose of using the Platform in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of CrickX is strictly prohibited.

Third-party brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports organisations such as PCB, PSL and ICC — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Reference to these names does not constitute a claim of ownership or endorsement by CrickX.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrickX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

CrickX does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be continuously available or error-free; (b) odds data or live scores will be accurate at all times; (c) any particular bet outcome will occur; or (d) the Platform will be free from malicious code or security vulnerabilities beyond those addressed by our security programme.

CrickX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from: service outages, data loss, delayed or failed payment processing, third-party payment provider failures or changes in applicable law affecting your ability to use the Platform.

CrickX reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct
• Chargebacks or disputed payment instructions filed against CrickX
• Discovery that the Account holder is a minor or has provided false registration information
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, match-fixing or prohibited betting activity
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the suspension of services to a particular Player or jurisdiction

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance not subject to an outstanding investigation or AML hold will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to these Terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings accrued in breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting CrickX support. If you wish to close your Account as a responsible-gambling measure, we encourage you to request a formal self-exclusion rather than a simple Account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards against re-registration.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CrickX holds its operational licence (details available from support upon request). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation or performance — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your own jurisdiction confer additional rights.

Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict or override any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling is subject to local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. CrickX makes no representation that the use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction.

CrickX reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, CrickX will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version came into effect.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Archived versions of prior Terms are available upon request from the CrickX support team.
